Registration and accounts
You must register with truthful information and keep your password confidential. You can have a teacher profile, a student profile, or both. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must comply with the laws of your country.
Class listings and teacher responsibility
Teachers are responsible for the content of their listings: subjects, prices, schedules and availability must be truthful and kept up to date. The teacher is responsible for delivering the classes offered and for the quality of the service. The platform only acts as an intermediary.

Reviews
Reviews must reflect real experiences. Posting fake, incentivized reviews or reviews containing third-party personal data is prohibited. The platform may remove reviews that break these rules.
Favorites
The favorites feature lets you save class listings and teachers to check later. It is for personal use and creates no contractual commitment with the teacher.
Prohibited conduct
Posting false, illegal or offensive content; impersonating another person; harassing other users; using the platform for purposes other than teaching; and attempting to breach the security of the site are all prohibited.
Moderation
The platform may review, suspend or remove listings, reviews and accounts that breach these terms, without prejudice to other legal measures.
Intellectual property
The texts, logos and design of the platform are the property of clasespersonalizadas.com or their authors. Teachers keep the rights over the materials they publish and grant the platform a limited license to display them.
Disclaimer of liability
The platform does not teach the classes nor is it part of the agreement between teacher and student. It does not guarantee the quality of the classes or academic results. Payment arrangements and the conditions of each class are agreed directly between the parties.
Country of operation and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country from which you operate, identified by the URL prefix (for example, /us for the United States). In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of that country.
